Damages and Returns

If you find out any damages of the goods upon receipt, you can request for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date.  

Quick and simple refund process

As our customers are from worldwide, we are pleased to offer a quick refund process.  Customer can email or WhatsApp to our customer service, tell us the issue and also attached detail photo(s) of the defected item.  Our team will access the claim in five days.  Once the refund process is verified, we will refund to your credit card within 14 days.  In this case, customer does not need to return the goods to us. 

Exceptional case

Very rarely in some cases that we need further evaluation of the claim,  we might ask customer to either send us more photos or send the goods back to us for further evaluation.  Once we receive the respective information, our team will review again.  If we agree with the defect, we will process refund immediately.  

Conditions of goods

Products that are to be returned should be unused and in good conditions.  Used items cannot be returned. 

Products that cannot be refunded

Please note that for some products, such as masks, cannot be returned.  Please read our product pages carefully prior to purchase.
