1. Logistic Service

We now constantly ship to 30 destinations around the world.  

If your destination is not within our covered area, we can still ship via special arrangement. Please contact us for details by email (cs@goheyhey.com), or WhatsApp (+85291522261).

2. Shipping Options and Costs

To make shipping easy for our global customers, we use flat rate, which mean shipping cost are the same regardless of the amount of purchase.

3. Delivery time

Due to pandemic and weather, flights to some destinations might be insufficient.  Hence, some regions might have delays in shipping due to local postal service arrangement.  Customers have to be aware of this. 

4.  Order Ship Out

All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after the order is confirmed.
