Refund policy

If you discover any damage to the item upon delivery, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Quick and easy refund process

As our customers come from all over the world, we are happy to provide a fast refund process. Customers can email or WhatsApp our customer service, tell us the problem and attach detailed photos of the defective items. Our team will review the claim within three days. Once the refund process has been verified, we will refund the product price to your credit card within 14 days. In this case, the customer does not need to return the goods to us.

Exceptional case

In rare cases where further assessment of a claim is required, we may ask the customer to send us additional photos or return the item to us for further assessment at their own cost. Our team will review again once we have received the appropriate information. If we agree with the defect, we will process the refund immediately.

Conditions of goods

Returned products should be unused and in new condition. Used items cannot be returne


Products that cannot be refunded

Please note that certain products, such as face masks, cannot be returned. Please read our product page carefully before purchasing. For non-refundable products, we will clearly state this on the product detail page.

No refunds will be given for any order that is not delivered and returned to our warehouse due to a customer providing an incorrect address or an unclaimed order. Therefore, please ensure that all delivery information, including address, recipient name and contact phone number, are correct before confirming your order.

Refunded products must include the full packaging that came with the product (e.g. hang tag). Items without original packaging cannot be refunded. Therefore, after receiving the order, please check your order first without unpacking it.
