Most stuffed toys we see on the market are either made of 100% polyester fabric and padding, or only the exterior is a natural material. Although some plush toys/stuffed toys claim to be made from recycled fabric (RPET plush), they are still not biodegradable, making it difficult for buyers to verify the source of purchase. In the long run, these materials as a whole could wreak havoc on our planet. Imagine how many plush toys are sold each year and how many end up in landfills. They can take over fifteen years to break down!
Our team seeks to pioneer and redefine plush toy manufacturing, making it more sustainable without sacrificing product safety, cute looks and soft touch. This cute teddy bear is made of 100% bamboo fabric as exterior and filled with bioplastic filling and pellets on the inside.
Bamboo fabric provides a silky soft hand but is also very strong. The bear is also safe to use as it is manufactured according to the safety standard ASTM F-963.
