Instead of printing/embroidering the pattern like most handbag patterns, we created the star pattern in a different way. We used a cutout method that reveals the color of the lining fabric underneath. This creates a unique visual contrast between the color of the natural cork fabric and that of the cotton lining. The whole shape becomes more three-dimensional and prominent.
